On the day of the consultation, we will measure up the job, discuss your options with you and answer any questions you may have.
Once we have calculated your quote, we will shoot it through via email or mail it to you.
We appreciate your patience during this stage as we often have an influx of quotes and endeavor to get them finalised as soon as possible.
You can accept our quote/estimate and our Terms & Conditions by clicking “Accept” in your quote/estimate email.
Once we have received the go ahead we will send you an invoice for your deposit and be in touch with an estimated date of commencement as soon as possible. We do our best to fit in with our clients timeframes and appreciate your understanding that we need to work around the weather in some instances.
We will begin by preparing the site. This includes excavation (if required), formwork, retaining walls (if required), moisture barrier, steel reinforcement & bar chair installation. On the day of the pour (weather permitting) the concrete will be placed, screeded and finished to your specifications. The boys will clean the tools and site and leave the concrete to cure. A few days later we will be back to cut control joints and seal your concrete if required.
We appreciate all the business we get. When the projects complete we will send an invoice for the balance outstanding and ask that you share your experience with others either on our social network pages, yellow pages online, google or directly to us to include on our website.
If you refer a client to us and they go ahead with their project we send you a Bunnings gift voucher to say thanks. Make sure they tell us it was you who referred them!
